My time at Nottingham Trent University was truly unforgettable. While studying for my BA (Hons) in Fashion Communication and Promotion, I consistently sought opportunities to expand my network, gain new experiences, and celebrate meaningful achievements.
In my second and third year, I was part of the Freshers Team – and in my final year, I proudly served as Vice Captain. This role placed me in a team of like-minded individuals I had never met before, and together we were responsible for supporting new students in their accommodation during Freshers Week. It was a rewarding experience that strengthened my leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
Alongside this, I was a member of the Nottingham Trent Tigers Cheerleading team, competing at the highest level with a squad of around 40 athletes. Being part of this team brought immense joy, lasting friendships, and played a huge role in supporting my overall wellbeing and fitness throughout university.
